The room was spacious and well-equipped, even had a lovely onsen. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved the shuttle service, it saved us so much hassle getting around during our city break. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful nature.
The meals were too fancy for our taste, and sometimes too big. We also found that the hotel could benefit from some renovation, especially the lobby and outdoor areas. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.
